Plexiglass pickguard for Fender Electric XII-style guitars

Inspired by the characteristic shapes of the Fender Electric XII, this pickguard can replace an existing plate or be used in a custom guitar-building project.

2 mm plexiglass construction – single-ply
This pickguard is made from a single 2 mm thick sheet of plexiglass (PMMA).
Unlike traditional multi-ply pickguards, it has no contrasting colour border around its edges.
The edges are straight, without a perimeter chamfer, for a uniform finish across the surface.
Laser cutting produces clean contours and even openings.
Countersunk mounting holes
The pickguard mounting holes are countersunk to accommodate screw heads.
The pickup mounting holes are not countersunk, preserving their specific configuration.
This distinction provides an appropriate finish for the different mounting points.
Four colours to choose from
- Black: classic, understated finish.
- White: bright, clean finish.
- Cream: ivory tone for a vintage appearance.
- Clear: lets the guitar body's finish show through.
Every colour is made from 2 mm single-ply plexiglass.
