CO2 laser cutting produces regular outlines and clean openings while maintaining a simple, modern finish.

This model is made from a single layer of Plexiglass (single-ply), with straight edges and no bevel or decorative binding.

Laser cutting and countersunk mounting holes

Each plate is made from 2 mm thick PMMA Plexiglass.

CO2 laser cutting produces the outer contour, openings and holes according to the manufacturing drawing.

The mounting holes are then countersunk to accommodate suitable screw heads.

This design offers several advantages:

• A smooth surface that is easy to clean.
• Straight edges without decorative binding.
• A uniform thickness of 2 mm.
• Countersunk mounting holes.

Dimensions and compatibility

This pickguard uses a geometry intended for Jaguar-style electric guitars.

It includes two elongated pickup openings, three circular openings, a lower six-sided opening and the mounting holes.

Important: pickguard dimensions and hole positions may differ between manufacturers, models and production years.

This plate is not presented as an original Fender part, and compatibility with every Jaguar guitar is not guaranteed.
