Telecaster Sonic pickguard

The Telecaster Sonic pickguard is specially designed for Squier Sonic Telecaster guitars fitted with single-coil pickups. It follows the dimensions and mounting-hole layout of the original model for straightforward replacement without modification.

This pickguard can also be custom-machined. The Squier Sonic has a swimming-pool-style cavity beneath the neck pickup, making it possible to change the position or type of pickup, or leave the position empty. This option is available for guitars with a bridge humbucker. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Made from 3-ply ABS, it provides a neat finish while protecting the guitar top from playing scratches. The bevel reveals the material's three characteristic layers and gives a finish similar to factory-made instruments.

The Telecaster Sonic pickguard comes in four classic finishes, allowing you to personalise your instrument while retaining the Telecaster character:

• White
• Black
• Mint
• Parchment

Each colour has its own character.

White offers a timeless finish that works with most guitar colours.

Black gives a restrained, modern appearance, particularly attractive on guitars with light or vivid finishes.

Mint recalls vintage instruments whose pickguards have naturally yellowed slightly over time.

Parchment offers a subtle cream tone, ideal for a warmer look without a pronounced yellow colour.

Each Telecaster Sonic pickguard is inspected in our workshop before dispatch to ensure clean cutting and a quality finish. The protective film remains in place during shipping to protect the surface until delivery.

This model is an excellent solution for replacing a damaged pickguard or simply changing your guitar's appearance.
