3-Ply Jim Root Telecaster-Style Pickguard Set

The 3-ply Jim Root-style pickguard combines a clean appearance with a practical protective finish. Made from 3-ply ABS, it is designed to customise compatible Telecaster guitars while reflecting Jim Root's distinctive minimalist style.

This is a compatible aftermarket product made by LVS Custom. It is not manufactured, approved or endorsed by, or affiliated with, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation or Jim Root. Fender®, Telecaster® and Jim Root are mentioned solely to indicate compatibility.

Inspired by the guitarist known for powerful riffs and a minimalist look in Slipknot and Stone Sour, this 3-ply Jim Root-style pickguard provides a clean, consistent finish. Unlike parts sold separately, this set includes both the pickguard and a matching rear cover for a coordinated appearance.

Each set is precisely CNC-machined from quality 3-ply ABS in my workshop in France. The layered edges reveal the characteristic contrasting line of a three-ply construction, giving a neat finish and good rigidity.

The 3-ply Jim Root-style pickguard follows the original model's dimensions to facilitate installation on compatible guitars. Holes and cut-outs are carefully machined for a precise fit. Small differences may exist between production years and factories, so compare your original plate before ordering.

Four solid colours are available:

• White
• Mint
• Parchment
• Black

Each colour comes with a matching rear cover to maintain a uniform look across the instrument.

This set is suitable for replacing a worn pickguard, changing the look of your instrument or restoring a guitar while keeping an understated, elegant finish.

Made to order in my workshop, each piece is inspected before dispatch. Edges are deburred and surfaces remain protected until installation.

For a more distinctive look, a pearloid version of this model is also available in several colours.
