Give your electric bass a new finish with this Modern Jazz Bass-style pickguard made from 2 mm PMMA acrylic. Designed for luthiers, musicians and customisation enthusiasts, it is suitable for building, restoring or modifying a Jazz Bass-style instrument.

Laser cutting produces clean, even contours, while the single-layer construction provides a simple finish without a decorative binding line.

Manufactured for lutherie projects

This pickguard is made from a 2 mm-thick PMMA sheet. Laser cutting produces the contours, openings and mounting holes specified in the manufacturing drawing.

Unlike multi-ply models, this plate has a single-ply construction with straight edges, no bevel and no decorative binding.

It is suitable for handmade instrument projects, replacing an existing plate or customising an electric bass.

Compatibility and dimensions

This pickguard follows Modern Jazz Bass-style geometry. It is intended for lutherie projects and basses whose dimensions and mounting-hole positions match the drawing shown.

It is ideally suited to the Jazz Bass template available in our shop, making it a good choice for a complete build.

Important: pickguard shapes and hole positions may vary by brand, model and production year.

Before ordering, compare your original pickguard with the dimensioned drawing in the product images. Compatibility with every Jazz Bass on the market is not guaranteed.
