Give your guitar a clean finish with this rear electronics cavity cover for Les Paul-style electric guitars. It closes the electronics compartment on the back of the instrument, protecting access to the potentiometers, capacitors and wiring while providing a neat appearance. Suitable for professional luthiers and hobbyists building, restoring or customizing a guitar.

Laser-cut 2 mm acrylic

Made from 2 mm thick acrylic (PMMA), the cover is CO₂ laser-cut for a regular outline and clean finish. Its asymmetric shape with rounded corners is inspired by the rear electronics cavity covers used on Les Paul-style guitars. The four Ø 3 mm mounting holes are countersunk to accept suitable countersunk-head screws.

Choose from four colors

• Black: classic and discreet.
• White: ideal for contrast against a dark body.
• Clear: allows the wood finish beneath the cover to remain visible.
• Cream: particularly suited to vintage guitars and ivory-colored accessories.

All four colors are offered at the same price.

Compatibility and fitting

This cover is intended for Les Paul-style guitars with an electronics cavity and recess compatible with its dimensions. It can be installed in a recess of suitable depth to sit flush with the guitar's back.

Important: dimensions and hole positions can vary by manufacturer and guitar model. Before ordering, carefully compare the dimensions and all four mounting positions with your original cover or building plan.

Installation

Place the cover in its recess, check the alignment of the holes, then secure it with four suitable screws. Tighten gradually without excessive force to avoid damaging the acrylic.
