The pickguard is made from a 2 mm PMMA sheet and laser-cut to produce straight edges.

The mounting holes are countersunk to accommodate suitable countersunk-head screws.

Unlike traditional multi-ply pickguards, this model has straight edges with no perimeter bevel.
