Jonny Lang-Inspired Telecaster Body Template

The Jonny Lang-Style Telecaster Template is a lutherie tool designed for making Telecaster electric guitar bodies. This Telecaster routing template meets the needs of CNC workshops and builders seeking a reliable starting point for a specific project.

This template allows you to machine a solid Telecaster body, without an f-hole, with a flat surface suitable for clamping. Its design makes it easier to index the workpiece on a CNC table or use it with a router. The outer shape follows Telecaster proportions while incorporating a dedicated pickup layout. The Jonny Lang Telecaster Template provides a consistent foundation for a custom project or a small production run.

The intended configuration uses three pickups: a humbucker in the neck position, a P90 in the middle position and a humbucker at the bridge. This H / P90 / H arrangement requires specific cavities built directly into the Telecaster body template. This ensures accurate, repeatable positioning during machining.

This Telecaster body template is intended for routing the body outline and the main cavities. It provides stable geometry for generating CNC toolpaths or for manual template routing with a bearing-guided bit. Chamfers, ergonomic contours and final adjustments are deliberately not included.

Designed for workshop use, the Jonny Lang Telecaster Template is intended for experienced users. This Telecaster lutherie template supports a controlled manufacturing process in which the template's accuracy provides the basis for final fitting according to each luthier's methods.
