The rectangular brass guitar jack plate is designed to provide a secure, durable mounting point for an electric guitar output jack. This rectangular guitar jack plate suits custom builds, restoration and modification projects and is made for repeated everyday use.

CNC-machined from 1 mm thick solid brass, this rectangular plate offers more precise contours than conventional stamped metal plates. CNC machining produces even edges and clean holes. Each plate then receives manual finishing for the final drilling and polishing, giving a consistent appearance.

Brass offers practical advantages for guitar making. It provides greater mechanical rigidity than thin aluminium and helps resist deformation caused by repeated plugging and unplugging of the jack cable. Unlike chrome-plated steel, solid brass will not flake or rust; its appearance develops evenly as it ages.

This rectangular guitar jack plate provides stable jack mounting on the electric guitar body. The material better withstands localised stresses around the opening, helping to reduce long-term looseness or the risk of the fitting pulling out. It is therefore a functional, durable guitar-making accessory.

The 10 mm central hole is compatible with most standard guitar output jacks. Four 3 mm mounting holes secure the plate to the instrument body. Rounded corners make installation easier and reduce the risk of marking the finish.

Made in small batches at the LVSublim workshop, this rectangular solid-brass jack plate undergoes dimensional checks. Minor adjustment may be required depending on the tolerances of the guitar body. It is supplied without screws or an output jack, so the luthier can choose the final hardware.
